1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Qivarro platform, you agree to stay bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Qivarro cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Content Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of all audio, text, and media you upload to Qivarro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using Qivarro, you grant us a worldwide license to host and distribute your content to podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple, etc.) as requested by you through the interface.
4. Billing and Refunds
Qivarro is a subscription-based service. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our terms, including the upload of illegal or infringing content.
